Precision investment cast (lost-wax) pump impeller in CF8M (316 equivalent) stainless steel, featuring 6-vane enclosed design with hydraulically optimized blade geometry, CT5 dimensional tolerance grade, Ra 3.2μm as-cast surface finish on flow passages, weight 4.2kg, maximum diameter 220mm, dynamically balanced to G6.3 grade per ISO 1940. Post-casting operations include CNC machining of bore and sealing faces, solution annealing at 1050°C, and hydrostatic pressure testing to 25 bar. ASTM A351 material certification, PMI verified.
