Frequently Asked Questions
We understand that choosing a manufacturing partner is a critical decision. Below are answers to the most common questions our clients ask about our industrial parts and services.
If you have additional questions about our capabilities, lead times, or quality certifications, please do not hesitate to contact our engineering team directly.
01. What materials can you machine?
We work with a wide range of metals and plastics including stainless steel, aluminum alloys, titanium, brass, copper, carbon steel, PEEK, Delrin, and nylon. Our engineering team can recommend the optimal material for your specific application requirements.
02. What are your typical lead times?
Standard lead times range from 2-4 weeks for CNC machined parts and 4-8 weeks for cast or forged components. Prototype orders can often be expedited to 5-7 business days. Rush services are available for time-critical projects at an additional cost.
03. What quality certifications do you hold?
Our facility is ISO 9001:2015 certified and we maintain IATF 16949 certification for automotive components. We also comply with AS9100 standards for aerospace parts. All products undergo rigorous CMM inspection and are accompanied by full material traceability documentation.
04. Do you offer prototype development?
Yes, we offer rapid prototyping services including CNC machining, 3D printing, and small-batch production runs. Our engineering team can work directly with your CAD files to produce functional prototypes for testing and validation before committing to full production tooling.
